Marie accesses the challenges of French national arrest warrants pertaining to extradition and European Arrest Warrant (EAW) cases. “The validity of the underlying arrest warrant to an EAW or a request for extradition deserves close examination: challenging the arrest warrant could lead to a decision, rendering not only the arrest warrant, but consequently the EAW or the extradition process void.
